Another wonderful day.  We slept in late (8:30-late for us)  Sat around doing some long overdue paperwork until 1-Took a walk to the Crooked River Lighthouse.  We didn’t realize you could climb (for a fee) to the top and since we walked didn’t have enough money with us.  The nice lady in charge took the $6 we did have with a promise that we would come back later with the additional $4.  The view from the top was awesome. 

 

We walked back “home” and drove back with the money we owed.

Back home for a dip in the pool and then out to dinner.  Monte had a pound of shrimp which he said was okay.  I ordered the hamburger steak with onion and gravy.  It was terrible.  I was very disappointed because the place (Marker 30) had come highly recommended. 

 

Back home by 8, watched a little TV.  Just another wonderful day in our new lifestyle.
