(A Pirate’s Voyage)

We had planned on getting tickets to Dolly Parton’s Stampede but changed plans and bought tickets to the newest show in Pigeon Forge, Pirates Voyage.  Having been to similar shows like Medieval Times and Arabian Nights, we thought we might like something entirely different.

We purchased the tickets in advance on-line. As we approached our nose-bleed seats I thought we would be disappointed but the way the theatre is laid out I don’t think any seat is undesirable.

 

 

The show was very entertaining.  The food was just okay but plentiful. 

 

At the end of the show we left feeling quite full so we decided to walk to an area adjacent to the theatre known as The Island. 

A complex comprised of shops, restaurants and rides including the Smoky Mountain Wheel towering 200 feet tall.
