Cosca Regional Park
Clinton, MD

We had plans to pick up the battery pack we dropped off last week at the Batteries Plus store in Alexandria and then continue on to tour Mount Vernon.  But when Monte called to make sure the battery was ready to be picked up—he found out it wasn’t.  What-we had a promise date of today.

With a new completion date of tomorrow we decided to just hang out at the campground.  After our busy schedule since we arrived in the area, it was kind of nice to just chill.

 Monte worked on a project:
When installing original inverter wireless remote, the unit would turn on but when it came time to shut off the inverter pressing the remote control the unit would not always turn off because of either interference or distance.  When that happened I would have to go outside (in the dark and cold) to turn it off manually.  I needed to get the remote receiver closer to inside of the RV so the remote would work better.  I will string some phone cable to the inside and hope it works better!
