Davis Bayou Campground

We weren’t feeling very ambitious so rather than doing anything too physical we took a car ride into Biloxi.

 

 

When we crossed over the bridge into Biloxi we came upon CASINO ROW. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Beautiful clean white beach.

 

There was a sign at the end warning about staying off 

So, of course, that was like a personal invitation for Monte. 

Not wanting to miss a video op, I switched over from photos to video, JUST IN CASE.

Lunch at TACO BELL-Free senior drinks! 

A quick walk through Goodwill-I didn't see anything I couldn't live without.

A much needed wash for my baby.

Our neighbor had recommended the Palace Casino saying that they offer good perks.  So we headed there in the early evening and signed up for Player’s Cards.   The best thing this particular casino has going for it is that it is the only casino on the coast that is SMOKE-FREE!  Yeah!!!!

We had planned on eating at the buffet because we were under the impression that when we signed up for the Player’s Card we would be able to get a buy on get one deal BUT that didn’t happen.

Monte and I decided our budget would be $20 each.  He won $50 within the first ten minutes and smartly cashed in his winnings.  It took me almost two hours to lose my money.  I was up to $40 at one time and as low as 50 cents at another time. 

At one time I glanced over at the woman who was sitting next to me.  She started with $50 and lost it all in less than 5 minutes.  OUCH.

When I finally lost the last of my $20 we went to Applebee’s and had a wonderful meal using Monte’s winnings.
