Humbug Mountain State Park

Today was our second day off.  Monte went into town to pick up a package at the Post Office while I cut, pounded, breaded and fried 4 pounds of chicken cutlets.  I portioned them out in freezer bags.  To reheat I use my toaster oven.

I spent the afternoon sitting outside reading and then after dinner we went for a bike ride. 

We are supposed to be “retired” but lately our days have been exhausting so once in a while it is nice to have a relaxing day.
