Monte and I spent the day at my Mom and
Dad’s house. Monte installed a new
water pump for Dad
I made spinach pies and banana breads with Mom.
Big bird, as my Dad calls him,
came for his
daily meal.
My parents bought a new washer and dryer on
Black Friday. It was installed this past
Tuesday. I brought a couple of loads
along to wash but when I put the first load in the dryer the towels were still
damp after an hour. Monte went up on the roof to clean out the
vent
and then shortened the new hose the installer hadn’t shortened. It was too long and was kinking up.
