Englewood, FL
One of the challenges we encountered when
we decided to embark on this full-time RVing was finding a place for our cat, Annie’s
litter box. When we lived in our bricks
and sticks house we kept the litter box in the garage with access to the house
through a cat door.
Luckily we were able to fit the litter box
in a closet. We were able to remove
some slats to allow Annie access to her box.
This has been working out great but it seems that the formula of the
litter we have been using for years has changed. The litter now has a very strong perfume odor
that is causing Monte to wheeze.
After doing research we settled on Dr.
Elsey’s Ultra Precious Cat litter. According to the literature the litter is
99.9 percent dust-free, has superior odor control and prevents moisture from
reaching the bottom of the litter box but most importantly it contains no
perfumes or deodorants.
We purchased a bag at Petco-we just hope
Annie takes to it because the last time we tried to change litter types she
refused to use the box.
While we were out we stopped at a Flea Market
We didn't see anything that we couldn't live without.
