I spent a miserable day trying to find a
comfortable position after throwing out my back yesterday while taking banana
bread out of the oven at my parent’s house.
I have had recurring back issues for the past fifteen years as a result
of injuries I sustained from a horrific car accident.
I never know what is going to set it off-I
could go months without an issue and then “poof” I turn the wrong way and it
takes days for the pain to subside.
