Eastbank Campground
Bainbridge, GA
It was a lazy Sunday and I loved it.
We were sitting inside enjoying the quiet
when all of a sudden we heard what sounded like squeals of delight.
I looked out the window and saw a family
sliding down the slope on cardboard “sleds” outside our site.
It was wonderful watching these kids (the father also joined in)
involved in an activity that didn’t involve electronics.
In the afternoon we took a walk around our
campground loop.
Several rigs had
already departed by then.
Monte is pointing to our rig in the distance.
Back at our site we sat outside.
It got a little chilly as the sun started
setting.
We didn’t have the spectacular sunsets like
we had the previous two evenings but it was pretty.
