I arrived at my parent’s house at 10AM to help my mom clean her kitchen.  My mom has always been a very meticulous housekeeper.  I grew up living in one of those houses people talk about being able to eat off the floor.

But in the past few months my mom has undergone rotator cuff surgery and surgery for carpal tunnel.  These surgeries resulted in her not being able to keep up the house as meticulously as she is used to so I assisted her in giving the kitchen a deep cleaning.

We emptied out every cabinet, wiped out the surfaces and returned the items.  After six hours I called it a day promising to return the next day to finish up.

Happy Birthday to our grandson Bobby who turns 11 years old today.
