Boondocking in Kaibab National Forest

(1/2 mile from entrance to Grand Canyon South Rim Entrance)

It was a very cold and windy night.  So much so we brought in the bedroom slide because the constant flapping of the slide toppers was keeping me awake.

With winds of 40-50 mph expected today, we decided to stay home and begin a project I had wanted to accomplish prior to beginning our life on the road but had ran out of time and weren’t able to do it.   

For insurance purposes I wanted to photograph all of our electronics and assets.  I thought we would get it all done today and be able to start on the items in the basement tomorrow but we started in the bedroom and never made it any further.  It ended up taking all day. 

Anne spent most of the day doing what she likes best-sleeping.
