Boulder Beach Campground
 Lake Mead Recreation Area
 Boulder City, NV
We slept in late.  My feet were really sore from all the walking around I did yesterday in my SANDALS.  I know better than to wear sandals when I am going to be doing a lot of walking BUT I did it anyway.  Geez.
It was already afternoon by the time we ventured out of the rig.  I had spent over an hour sorting through all the pictures both Monte and I had taken in Las Vegas.  Monte spent the time looking over instructions for the project he was going to tackle in the afternoon.
First he swept off the mat-we have a great site with beautiful flowering trees but the downside is that each morning the mat is covered with flowers.

I sat outside doing my Sunday crossword puzzles.
Monte’s project: Installing Steadyfast Stablizing System
When we were at the Laughlin Riverside Casino Rv Park last week, we experienced very high winds.

We brought in the slides which helped a little but the winds were so fierce the rig swayed.

Monte researched stabilizing systems and decided on the Steadyfast.

He ordered a kit and had it shipped to us at the PostNet in town.

Step 1: Opening the box and taking all the pieces out to make sure he had all the parts.

Step 2: Reading the instructions to see where to begin.

Step 3: Installing the rear stabilizer.

Step 4: Attach the stabilizer to the foot and locking mechanism.

Step 5: Installing the front stabilizer and foot pads.

Step 6: Checking adjustments and locking in place.

   Done!  Works great!
