Travel from the Elkhart Fairgrounds to Mor/ryde.
I had a miserable night sleep being woken up periodically by a loud rumbling noise that turned out to be passing trains-the tracks are just on the other side of the fence obscured by large trees.  We had opted to park in this area rather than the Gate 1 area to avoid the road noise and ended up with the louder noise of the trains—TOO FUNNY.

We only had to travel 10 miles today so there was no rush to get ready.
Monte had taken apart our old surge guard yesterday to see if he could troubleshoot the reason it stopped working.  He was quite surprised to find water inside and upon closer inspection this morning he noticed that one of the components had burned out.  I’m not sure what can be done about it but Monte is going to contact the company to complain.

After hitching up, Monte drove over to the dump station.

We hadn’t dumped in almost a week so we were surprised that the tank wasn’t as full as we expected.

When we arrived at Mor/Ryde we almost didn’t recognize it because of their expansion since our last appointment two years ago.
The company had purchased and razed all the buildings across the road on the block.  The expansion included a new overnight paved parking area with electric hooks.
The parking lot we had stayed overnight at two years ago now houses a large garage.
There are six RV parking spots-three were filled with vacant units leaving us our choice of three sites.  Monte chose the middle spot.  After we unhitched, we spent the next couple of hours shopping and doing 4 loads of wash at a nearby Laundromat.
When we returned to Mor/ryde we discovered two other rigs had arrived taking the last two spots on each side of us.
While we were chatting with one of the couples, another rig pulled up and looked like it was going to just park in another section of the lot.  Monte walked over to the newcomers and told them that three of the sites were being taken up by rigs that were not plugged in.  They backed up in front of one of the vacant rigs and had a power cord long enough to reach the box.
After dinner, Monte and I took a walk around the block.
