Englewood, FL (Dinner with family)
The last time we needed to fill out propane
tank, Monte went to a place that charges by the tank full, not by the
gallon. The tank was empty so we didn’t
mind but today we wanted to top off a tank that still was half full. One of our neighbors told Monte that the
local TrueValue Hardware sells propane by the gallon so we headed over and got
that chore out of the way.
Normally we would wait to the tank is
nearly empty before filling it but we wanted to make sure we had a full tank
for the week-long boondocking rally we will be attending beginning on
Sunday.
We had my parents, brother and sister-in-law over for dinner.
Monte showed my Dad how to use his newly purchased iPad Air.
I served salad, chicken cutlets, scalloped potatoes, green bean casserole
and dinner rolls with honey butter.

Time for dessert-The choice-coconut custard pie, chocolate cake or Both.
