We woke to the alarm at 7am. It was cold and rainy so we did not want to
get out of bed. But our appointment was
for 9 and I hate to have to rush so we got up, made breakfast and got ready to
close the slides. One of the employees
came to get our rig and we were told there was a lounge (a trailer) that we
could wait in that had tv. It was
freezing in there so we waited in the sales office while someone turned the
heat on in the trailer. Monte went to
check on the status of the work while I did a couple of crossword puzzles. A short time later, Monte came back and said
we could wait in our rig with the slides open.
The tech had called Keystone to see if they were going to authorize any
of the work. A few hours later we got
the word that Keystone would not cover any of the work. I reminded Monte that we had an extended
warrantee and he relayed that info to the service manager who was going to
contact the warrantee company. Of course
at this point it doesn’t matter if it is going to be covered we need to have
the repair done. The tech started one
part of the repair job. They had to
order a part that will be delivered in the morning so we will probably be here
another full day.
