Mom made a delicious dinner of pork
schnitzel (a boneless meat, thinned with a meat tenderizer, coated with flour,
beaten eggs and bread crumbs, and then fried), cheesy potatoes and cucumber
salad.
Afterwards we assembled the
centerpieces for Dad’s birthday party that is being held later on in the week.
Monte helped Dad out by cutting out a piece
on a plastic container to fit pipes through connected to the water pump he had installed
a couple of weeks ago.
Hopefully by
covering the pump, protecting it from rain and the elements, will lengthen the
life of the pump.
Still plenty of grapefruits left on the tree.
