Rudd Creek Recreation Area

Monte has had a sore throat for a few days now and since I hadn’t had any symptoms thought I was not going to catch what he has.  BUT, we share everything and this morning I woke up with a scratchy throat that got worse as the day wore on. 

It rained all day.  I felt the beginnings of cabin fever and suggested a walk in the afternoon when the downpour settled into a drizzle.

I had watched a steady stream of campers leaving all day so I was surprised to see there were still quite a few sites still occupied. 

 

When we returned from our walk, Monte took advantage of the rain letting up to get our bike stored on the carrier in preparation for our departure in the morning.
