Saturday-We just lounged around all day.  After the full day we had yesterday at the Fair it was nice to just veg.

Sunday-Another lazy day.  We tried out our new Food Saver. 

 After a couple of missteps we were vacuum-sealing like pros. 

One of the common complaints we read about several models was that it takes too long in between sealing for the machine to be ready for the next item. 

 

 

We didn’t encounter that problem.  I think we are going to be happy with our model but we won’t know if the food is going to last longer in the freezer until after some time has passed.
