Desert Sky

 

The first thing I noticed when I woke up and turned on the bedroom sink faucet was “no water.”  I asked Monte if he had turned off the water before coming to bed and he said no.   He jumped out of bed and turned on the kitchen faucet-no water.  He turned on the water pump and the water started to slowly flow.  Whew! No frozen pipes. 

We had a very lazy day at home before going to Renee’s house where we ate barbeque ribs that Deb had slow cooked for 6 hours.  YUM!!  After a Skip-Bo marathon we took the very chilly and thankfully short ride home.
