Desert Sky, Apache Junction, AZ

I spent the morning going through pictures from the three cameras that we used on our boat ride on Dolly Steamboat .
I had used my small Cannon and Monte used his Pentax and Olympus cameras.  Together we had taken over 200 pictures so narrowing that number down to the 20 something I used was time consuming.

Monte covered the positive junction terminal with these balls

to protect it from an accidental short and wrote a warning that they are hot.

Weather-wise, it was a beautiful evening.  While Monte was puttering around with things in the basement I sat outside after dinner.  I casually mentioned that someday we should try out the small Jensen TV that came with our rig.
The next thing I knew Monte was pulling the TV out from the back of our closet where it was stored.

When we first purchased our rig, we had switched out the small Jensen TV that was in the bedroom with a 32 inch TV.  We never even tried it out to see if worked.

The basement has a bracket, power supply and antenna for the TV.
When Monte mounted the TV on the bracket and plugged it in we discovered that the signal was sporadic.
He took the back cover off the TV and discovered cold soldering indicating someone else had tried repairing the loose connections.     After Monte fixed the connections, the TV is working better and we look forward to being able to sit outside and watch TV on the warm evenings.
